The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant. The Plant Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership and other plants to execute improvements, expansions, and equipment planning. This position is an onsite position at our Bolckow, MO Plant.


  • Lead, direct, coach, motivate, guide the efforts and development of thePlantTeamtoachieve Companyobjectivesincluding quality and safety.
  • Ensure plant operations are withing OSHA, SQF, and FSMA guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain communication and collaborate with Logistics, Accounting, Quality Control, CustomerServiceand Inventory
  • Develop and execute plans to drive successful operation of the plant.
  • Oversee work schedules; hire, train, and onboard new employees; provide coaching and supervision to ensure a quality workforce.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate verbally and writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Aninitiative-takerwith strong professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectivelylead a team.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule others.
