Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers in Polish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with questions about app functionality, bookings, and account management
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance user experiences
  • Gather user feedback to help improve our services
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on features and app developments

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technical or transportation sector
