Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions about subscription options, billing, and account management
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Provide guidance on the best use of subscription features and benefits
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills

Requirements

  • Proficient in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Nationality and native language must be stated in your C.V. or Cover Letter
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with subscription software and CRM systems is a plus
