Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support in Polish through phone, email, and chat channels to customers utilizing electronic products

  • Work with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns
  • Educate customers about product features, functionalities, and optimal usage

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
