Job Title: Porter

LV Petroleum is seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, entryways, and break rooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets in all designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any facility issues to management.
• Set up and dismantle furniture or equipment for events or meetings as needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is an advantage.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
