Pouring Operator - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Pouring Operator to handle molten metal pouring into sand molds safely and accurately as per the production plan. The candidate must ensure proper pouring techniques, prevent casting defects, and strictly follow molten metal safety standards in a foundry environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and pour molten metal into sand molds

• Ensure correct pouring temperature and flow control

• Follow production plan and casting specifications

• Monitor ladle condition and pouring equipment

• Prevent casting defects related to improper pouring

• Maintain safety compliance while handling molten metal

• Coordinate with melting and molding teams

• Maintain production and safety records

Requirements

4. High School / ITI qualification

5. Molten Metal Safety Training (Mandatory)

6. Minimum 5 years of foundry/casting experience

7. Experience in handling ladles and pouring operations

8. Strong knowledge of casting defects and safety standards

9. Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
