Practice Optimization Specialist

This individual will assist PDM in assigned territory to execute revenue generating events by working with customers closely. He/she will help to drive the awareness and interest from consumers. He/She will help to follow up with new providers for “Why Invisalign” or other events to convert the customer interest to real actions.

Ÿ Organize the open day by working with PDM and customers to promote Invisalign and generate revenue

。 Closely working with sales and customers to understand the need

。 In charge of the event agenda/rundown by getting alignment with customers

。 Coordinate all the logistic/marketing materials by working with external resources or internal marketing, clinical support and sales team.

。 Be the main contact person to be In charge for the open day on the event day

。 Help to consolidate all the questions and follow up with customers afterwards and try to convert the interest consumers to real patients.

Ÿ Assist on the staff training if need

。 Stand in a supporting role for staff training for agenda design

。 Provide valuable input on staff training courses

。 Assist on the training delivery if necessary

Ÿ Answer the consumers enquiries from current existing promotion channel, such as Line @ (this should pass the digital marketer)

Ÿ Follow up with new providers after “Why Invisalign” events to get new customers’

Ÿ engagement

。 Coordinate with the sales team for new providers events

。 Assist the PDM to understand the needs from the customers and also provide relevant support with direct supervisor’s instruction

Ÿ BS or BA or equivalent experience

Ÿ Orthodontic background is a plus

Ÿ Quick learner, flexible, and creative

Ÿ Be able to demonstrate the basic knowledge to the customers or consumers

Ÿ Results-oriented with strong follow up ability

Ÿ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences.

Ÿ Strong capabilities to interface effectively with all customer types

Ÿ Strong execution in a high performing team
