We are currently hiring a warm, reliable, and EEC-certified Pre-K Teacher to join our school in Norwell, Massachusetts. This position works specifically with a classroom of older preschoolers— that magical in-between age where independence is emerging and big feelings meet big imagination.

What You'll Do

  • Support a preschool classroom of 4-5 year old students in a structured, nurturing environment

  • What You'll Need to Succeed

  • EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)
  • One year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setting required
  • Strong understanding of child development (ages 2.9–5)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-age children
  • Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC requirements
