The Pre-sales proposal specialist will be part of the New Business Development team, supporting the preparation of technical and financial proposals for prospective clients while ensuring alignment with client requirements and Significa’s value proposition.
The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and prospective clients throughout the presales process, contributing to solution presentations, commercial communication, and proposal development.
The Pre-sales proposal specialis will also support the company’s strategic expansion in international markets, participating in opportunities related to Significa’s operations in Greece, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
Formation of Technical and Financial Proposals
- Communicate effectively with the New Business Development team to address all technical and commercial issues arising from new RFPs.
- Communicate with clients to clarify technical and business requirements related to assigned presales cases.
- Convey customer requirements to the team and communicate team questions back to the customer until all requirements are clearly defined.
- Combine requirements with the company’s offerings to design the most suitable solution while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Actively participate in drafting technical proposals with the support of the wider team and the technical presales engineer.
- Create commercial documents in response to functional, technical, business, and financial elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Produce Bills of Materials including all equipment and professional services required for project completion and actively participate in the creation of financial proposals.
- Communicate with external partners and suppliers to identify the best possible solution for prospective clients.
- Define high-level implementation timelines for project delivery
- Manage multiple independent cases and deliver results within agreed timelines.
Client & Prospect Communication
- Communicate with prospective clients throughout all phases of the presales process.
- Prepare presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in client site visits and support the presentation of offerings to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related fields.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in new business development or account management, preferably in web and mobile technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
- Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs and tender documents will be considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of web and mobile systems and technologies, including Content Management Systems, Web Services will be considered a strong advantage.
