Full-time | Hybrid - 3 days/week from our Warsaw office

Vecten is a Warsaw-based AI and data firm working at the frontier of technology and private capital. We partner with private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and venture investors - helping them turn data and AI into a real edge in how they source deals, run their companies, and operate.

The role

You'll be the engine behind our outbound. Working directly with the CEO, you find the right targets, build clean and complete data on them, and feed our outreach machine. It's high-volume, fast-paced, AI-assisted work - and it's where every conversation we have with a fund or a portfolio company starts.

Why this role is a rare opportunity

You'll be inside a firm operating at the cutting edge of both AI and private markets - two of the most dynamic spaces there are. You'll get exposure to top-tier PE and VC firms - including occasional travel to industry conferences - learn how private capital actually works from the inside, and build skills across three directions at once: sales, finance, and technology. Few entry-level roles put you this close to that intersection.

Where it goes

This is a foundational role with real room to grow. As you prove yourself, the natural path leads toward a front-line business development seat - owning conversations and relationships rather than just feeding them. We're looking for someone who wants that trajectory.

What you'll do:

  • Research companies and people across private capital (PE funds, portfolio companies, and select VCs) using AI tools, databases, and the open web
  • Enrich and verify records - fill the gaps, find the right contacts, spot the buying triggers
  • Own our CRM data in Attio: keep it clean, structured, and correctly segmented
  • Segment targets into the right buckets so our outreach actually lands
  • Build and run outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and Lemlist

Requirements

Who you are

  • Experienced in research, business development, or sales-ops (even a little)
  • Ambitious and hungry - you don't need years of experience, you need drive
  • Hands-on and self-organized - you move things forward without waiting to be told twice
  • Genuinely AI-savvy - you already use AI to work faster, and you want to push it much further
  • Comfortable with high-volume, quantity-driven work - this is a lot of consistent output, not occasional projects
  • Interested in private capital and finance - studying management, finance, or economics is a strong plus
  • Detail-obsessed - clean data is the whole point

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Attio, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Google Sheets
  • Internship or coursework in finance, PE/VC, consulting, or a tech company
  • Occasional availability to travel for conferences
