About this role

We are looking for Preschool Teachers for our 2026-2027 school year at The Learning Center of Rolling Hills Community Church (Nolensville Campus).


Teachers are needed for the following positions (9:00am - 2:45pm):

  1. Infant Teacher: Monday/Wednesday
  2. Two-year-old Teacher: Monday/Wednesday
  3. One-year-old Teacher: Tuesday/Thursday
  4. Pre-K Teacher: Monday-Thursday

A Rolling Hills Learning Center Preschool Teacher must:

  • Have a great love and patience for children along with the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention.


  • Help children learn to cooperate and engage in activities that encourage learning and age-appropriate development.


  • Prepare for lessons by gathering materials or setting up activities and follow a curriculum which will teach children fundamentals in shapes, colors, numbers, and letters.


  • Engage and encourage students to use their language skills, develop social skills, and manners.


  • Follow licensing requirements and school-wide safety procedures.


  • Work as a team member and communicate regularly with parents and co-workers.


  • Teach our Bible curriculum.


Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required. The starting pay for this position is $16.
