Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: Advise on best practices, build strong client relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment.
- Project Delivery: Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage 20–25 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related field.
- 12+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall
- PMP preferred.
- Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, Monday.com.

Additional Information
Salary Range: $140K-$175K Gross (Base + bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
