• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing toy production.
• Improve automation, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and maintain process documentation.
• Design tooling and machinery related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in:
   • Production process improvement
   • Robotics and automation
   • Injection molding or die-casting
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Microsoft Office.
4. Basic knowledge of mechanical design, electrical concepts, and pneumatics.
5. Good English communication skills.
6. Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
