We are looking for a Trainer to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge to meet business, client, and compliance standards, while supporting onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement in partnership with Operations, QA, and Workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured training (new hire, product, systems, refreshers) and support nesting through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Update training materials and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining TTT certification.
• Monitor trainee performance, provide coaching plans, and work with QA and Operations to address gaps.
• Conduct assessments and track key training metrics, attendance, and outcomes accurately.
• Partner with Operations, QA, Workforce, and Account Management to ensure readiness, support launches, and escalate risks.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Minimum 1–2 years BPO/contact center experience
2-3yrs experience in training, coaching, or quality is preferred
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and LMS tools
