Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Managers and Engineers to develop, implement, and refine design processes that support rapid iteration across equities trading products.
  • Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs for core trading features including market data display, order placement, portfolio management, and IPO/new stock subscription flows.
  • Lead financial data visualization design (candlestick charts, order book depth, price movement) that balances professional utility with everyday readability.
  • Conduct user research and partner with Product Managers to drive design solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
  • Deliver detailed, robust UI/UX design solutions and maintain a high-quality, consistent product experience across iOS, Android, and Web.
  • Contribute to the design system by building and maintaining equities-specific components (chart components, order forms, compliance disclosure patterns).

    • Requirements:

  • Web3 / Crypto / Fintech / Brokerage / Securities work experience preferred; hands-on knowledge of equities trading mechanics (order types, market rules, trading sessions) is a plus.
  • Educational background: degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Figma; experience with design systems and multi-platform design (iOS / Android / Web).
  • Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Open to learning and constructive feedback.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
