Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered recruiting workflows.

• Define product strategy to improve hiring speed and quality for global customers.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.

• Lead product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap.

• Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Define and track success metrics for product features.

• Run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.

• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of features.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Proven track record of shipping impactful products from inception (0 to 1) and scaling (1 to scale).

• Experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) products is a strong plus.
