Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on the product strategy set by leadership, breaking vision into quarterly goals and objectives.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders, ensuring teams are always building the right thing and doing their best work.
• Own the product roadmap: prioritize ruthlessly, manage trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Stay close to the competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and customer needs in the fintech space, and bring those signals into the roadmap.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure impact, iterate based on data, and surface insights to leadership.

• Exceptional communication skills, articulate exactly what you need and communicate regularly.
• Great business acumen and know how money works, what metrics does the business need to survive.
• Deep empathy for users and their core needs, always thinking about their perspective.
• Stakeholder management, you get well with others and can connect with other departments and collaborate.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1-3 years of product management experience. Fintech experience is preferred but not required.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Saudi Nationality, or at least born and lived in Saudi.
• Proven track record of owning a product end-to-end and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
