In this role, you’ll focus on supporting customers by promoting parts and service solutions that increase uptime, improve performance, and extend the life of their fleets. This territory-based position is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, understands equipment, and is energized by helping customers stay operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers across your territory.
  • Sales Growth: Promote parts, service, repairs, and preventative maintenance solutions to increase revenue.
  • Machine Support: Conduct routine equipment walkarounds and inspections to identify service needs.
  • Estimates & Proposals: Prepare clear and accurate quotes for service work and parts packages.
  • CRM Documentation: Keep detailed records of machines, contacts, interactions, and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with service managers, technicians, and equipment sales reps.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for repair needs—sometimes even after hours.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on OEM programs, customer fleets, and support technologies.
  • Professional Presence: Represent the company at trade events and in the field with confidence.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience; equipment or service industry preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence in discussing technical topics with customers
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather
