Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production processes for quality assurance and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of output and quality metrics.
• Assist in the training of new team members on safety and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the production supervisor to implement improvements and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification in manufacturing is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machinery and experience in operating production equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
