Production Technician (Days)

Perform various diamond manufacturing processes: Use multiple instruments and methods to complete production tasks that are directly related to the lab, characterization stations, reactors, and laser room.

Data Accuracy & Communication: Record and maintain accurate production and quality data and stay current on emails and process changes.

Operate complex production equipment: Complete training requirements to operate pre-production and post-production equipment.

Cleans, aligns, and maintains tools and equipment for maximum uptime and efficiency.

Follows all protocols: closely adheres to all approved SOPs and safety protocols.

Experience & Education: High school diploma (or GED). Previous manufacturing experience preferred, including small-component assembly and use of magnifying tools.

Technical & Physical Abilities: Strong manual dexterity with excellent vision to perform precision tasks. No work restrictions, with the ability to sit, stand, kneel, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptability & Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to process information and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Capable of multitasking while maintaining focus on production goals.

Work Ethic & Commitment: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed. Maintains and enforces a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
