Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and finish work
• Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks safely and efficiently
• Install doors, windows, siding, decking, and framing components
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Manage time effectively while handling multiple projects

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or handyman work
• 2+ years of tiling experience
• Strong skills in:

*    Carpentry 

*    Painting 
*    Drywall 
*    Light Plumbing 
*    Light Electrical 
*    Framing 
*    Decking 
*    Siding 
*    Door & Window Installation 

• Ability to perform finish and detail work
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Own a standard set of handyman tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
