Program Director - Lincoln Training Center

• Develop and implement Individual Habilitation Service Plans (IHSP)
• Support clients in achieving employment and vocational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance deadlines
• Collaborate with families, job coaches, and partner agencies
• Provide on-site support and problem-solving as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or related field OR 6+ years relevant experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse environments
