Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead security business enablement efforts by serving as a trusted subject matter expert and driving high-impact cross-functional programs that support customer trust and scalable security operations. You will engage directly with customers and partners while coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient security communications.
- Act as the primary security point of contact for go-to-market, sales, and partner-facing engagements, ensuring clear communication of security posture and controls
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Engineering teams to support customer trust and business growth
- Translate complex security frameworks and controls into clear, actionable messaging for external stakeholders, including enterprise and financial partners
- Identify security control gaps, coordinate remediation efforts with control owners, and ensure alignment with compliance requirements
- Drive development and refinement of security policies, standards, and operational procedures aligned with industry frameworks
- Define, track, and report program performance metrics and OKRs to provide visibility into security enablement effectiveness
- Improve scalability through automation, tooling, and streamlined workflows for security assurance and customer engagement processes
- 5+ years of experience working across security, compliance, engineering, or go-to-market functions in complex enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or equivalent standards
- Experience engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders during sales or trust assurance processes
- Strong ability to balance security requirements with business objectives and customer needs
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex security concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical thinking with experience assessing risks, controls, and operational gaps
- Familiarity with dashboards, OKRs, and data-driven reporting is a plus
- Experience working with engineering teams on security automation, control validation, or evidence generation is a strong advantage
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve information gathering, workflow efficiency, or security operations is a plus
