About the role:

This role is a key member of the Americas Client Services Team, focusing exclusively on our Programmatic Business. Operating as an individual contributor, this individual will manage their own book of programmatic business.

The primary goal of this role is to drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring best-in-class delivery and performance across all programmatic business.

  • What you will be doing

  • Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.

  • Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.

  • Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.

  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.
