Programme Director (Hospitality)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Director to join a landmark mega development project in ** Saudi Arabia **. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior professional who thrives in ** client engagement, strategic oversight, and executive-level stakeholder management **.

This position is less focused on day-to-day operational delivery and more centered on **driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level **.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
• Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
• Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities
• Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups
• Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Manager or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior leadership role on major development programmes
• Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects.
• Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, high-profile project environments
