Work Environment
This position requires working in the field, meeting with homeowners, conducting inspections, and managing projects within assigned territories. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and climbing ladders when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and community outreach.
- Conduct property inspections to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on storm damage, insurance restoration processes, and available solutions.
- Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and project proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guide customers through contract execution and project scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally while upholding company values.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing roof inspections.
Preferred
- Previous sales, customer service, or construction industry experience.
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, or commission-based sales.
