We're Hiring: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the successful execution of client deployments and operational activities.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding and deployment activities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and stakeholder communication
• Monitor project progress, deployments, and operational workflows
• Support client offboarding and account transition processes
• Maintain reports, trackers, documentation, and project records
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Talent Management, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field is a plus
