- Support the implementation of ongoing digital and automation projects, including ERP, E-commerce platforms, and internal systems, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan.
- Coordinate project activities by tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, prepare status updates, and flag risks or delays to the Project Manager.
- Assist in gathering and documenting new business requirements from different departments.
- Support the software development and implementation process by coordinating day-to-day activities with outsourced development teams and vendors.
- Follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion by both internal teams and external providers, escalating issues when needed.
- Support system improvements, UAT testing, implementation, and rollout of updates and new functionalities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project documentation, and regular status reports.
- Act as the key ERP system user and internal system expert for the implemented ERP system, developing strong end-to-end process knowledge, supporting adoption across departments, training new users, and ensuring that business needs are properly represented during implementation and after go-live.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or junior project management roles, preferably in digital transformation, ERP, E-commerce, or IT-related environments.
- Good understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana; knowledge of Bitrix, Odoo, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP platforms will be an advantage.
- Confident user of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Higher education in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes, map requirements, and translate operational needs into structured system-related tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and verbal.
