What You’ll Do

Preconstruction & Bidding

  • Set up projects in Procore and manage all bidding logistics.
  • Coordinate and participate in SOP-01 and SOP-02 meetings.
  • Review construction documents, develop bid scopes, and distribute bid invites.
  • Organize and maintain the bid book, ensuring scope alignment and accurate subcontractor coverage.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop project schedules and support bid estimate reviews.

Documentation & Communication

  • Keep project documentation clean, current, and organized across Procore and shared drives.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes (OAC, preconstruction, foreman meetings, etc.).
  • Manage RFI and submittal logs from creation through closeout.
  • Facilitate timely, effective communication between owners, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Track material lead times, ROJ dates, and project milestones.

Cost & Commitment Management

  • Support buyout process and help finalize subcontractor commitments within the first 30 days.
  • Track and verify subcontractor change orders for accuracy and contract alignment.
  • Ensure all contract documents (COIs, SDS, AWAIR) are up-to-date.

Field & Site Engagement

  • Partner with Superintendents to stay connected to daily job site activity.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues and supporting site safety practices.
  • Attend and document site meetings; stay engaged with what’s happening in the field.

Project Closeout

  • Participate in QA/QC walks and help compile pre-punch and final punch lists.
  • Assist with collecting closeout documentation from subs and assembling final owner deliverables.
  • Schedule and support owner trainings and 10-month warranty walk-throughs.
  • Work with PM and Accounting to ensure all invoices, change orders, and final billings are complete.



What You Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • 0–5 years of experience in commercial construction (remodeling and/or ground-up builds).
  • Familiarity with building codes and ADA standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of construction plans, specs, and workflows.

  • Highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
  • Excellent communicator: written, verbal, and visual.

Working Conditions

  • Mix of office and field work; must be able to navigate active construction sites safely.
  • Regular exposure to jobsite conditions including noise, dust, and weather.
  • Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • PPE required on job sites.

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $70,000–$82,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws.
