As a Project Lead with a strong background in Operations, you will play a key role in deploying new physical products to market. You will drive cross-functional project execution from concept to market launch - ensuring every stage of planning, design, execution, and closure is delivered on time, within scope and budget. This role requires strong leadership, operational insight, and the ability to navigate complexity across multiple stakeholders and functions.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end project management for new product deployment, from design to market readiness.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and gate readiness for approvals.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement.
- Oversee packaging and market deployment processes from a project management perspective.
- Partner with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders through clear, proactive communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks, applying creative and analytical problem-solving when challenges arise.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Operations and Supply Chain building blocks (Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement).
- Proven experience in managing packaging and market deployment processes.
- Strong track record of delivering complex programs/projects independently.
- Experience working with third-party manufacturers (EMS/ODMs).
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience in category-based business units.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and networking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills - able to lead and influence across levels and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of project management and governance tools and techniques.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving mindset; able to think “outside the box” in dynamic environments.
