IBMC is assisting our sister company a high-growth international Marketing and PR Agency in hiring a strategic ** Project Manager **. We are looking for a unique hybrid professional, a Project Manager who thinks like an ** Account Manager **. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, digital marketing projects, and branding initiatives using tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact for international clients, translating their business needs into actionable project roadmaps.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal creative, content, and media teams to balance workloads and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Scope & Budget Oversight: Manage project scopes to prevent "creep," track budgets, and ensure profitability across all managed accounts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead regular status meetings, manage expectations during high-pressure campaign launches, and provide transparent reporting on project health.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the agency’s workflow and implement systems to improve delivery speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum ** 4–6 years** of experience in a Marketing/PR agency, with at least 2 years in a Project Management role.
