Project Manager

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing phases.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 20 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
