As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects for customers across the hospitality sector, ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to go-live. Working within a fast-growing, remote-first environment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the implementation journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine traditional project management expertise with modern AI-powered workflows, enabling greater efficiency, predictive insights, and scalable delivery. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, customer-facing teams, and leadership stakeholders while helping shape and improve project management methodologies as the organization continues to scale globally.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer implementation projects, managing all phases from project initiation through deployment and handover.
  • Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Lead regular customer meetings, steering committees, and project reviews while providing clear and proactive status reporting.
  • Manage change requests, project escalations, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including implementation specialists, technical experts, support teams, and customer success professionals, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to streamline project administration, reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor project health using data-driven insights and predictive analysis to identify potential risks and implementation challenges early.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting within project management and CRM systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, templates, best practices, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Requirements

    • 2 to 4 years of project management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS implementations, professional services, software delivery, or consulting environments.
    • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope management, scheduling, risk assessment, RAID management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
    • Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Notion, Rocketlane, Precursive, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
    • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar technologies to improve productivity and project outcomes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence interacting with customers and senior stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in remote environments.
    • Comfortable collaborating across multicultural and distributed teams while maintaining high levels of ownership and accountability.
    • Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

      • Experience implementing Salesforce-based solutions or other vertical SaaS platforms.
      • Exposure to the hospitality, travel, or events industries.
      • Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
      • Experience building AI-driven automations, workflows, or integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce as an end user or administrator.
      • Additional European language skills, including German, French, or Spanish.
