About this role
The kind of PM we're looking for
You've got 2–4 years under your belt at an independent pharma or healthcare agency, enough to know how MLR works, what a tight timeline actually means, and how to keep five things moving without losing the thread on any of them. You're not a coordinator looking to level up, and you're not a senior PM who needs to own the strategy. You're in that sweet spot where execution is your superpower and you genuinely love it.
You thrive when the environment is lean, the team is direct, and no one's waiting on three layers of approval to make a call. If you've come from a large networked agency, this might feel different, in a good way, if you've been craving it.
What you'll do
Plan and execute pharma marketing projects across cross-functional teams, keeping everything moving from kickoff through delivery
Build and own project timelines, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks before they become problems
Coordinate internal teams across creative, account, strategy, and analytics, you're the connective tissue
Run status meetings, kickoffs, and checkpoints that are tight, useful, and don't waste anyone's time
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and workflow trackers with obsessive consistency
Monitor budget burn and flag scope shifts early, you catch things before they become conversations
Keep projects inside established workflows and escalate when something's about to go sideways
What this role is not
This is not a budget ownership role. It's not scope negotiation or team management. And if your planning horizon is quarters rather than days, this won't be the right fit. This role is about execution, doing it well, doing it fast, and doing it with the kind of calm that steadies the people around you.
What you bring
2–4 years of project management or coordination experience inside a pharma or healthcare independent agency environment
Hands-on familiarity with Ziflow and Slack; comfort picking up new tools quickly
The organizational instincts to track what others miss without being asked
A communication style that keeps teams aligned, direct, clear, no noise
A solutions-first mindset: you don't just flag problems, you walk in with options
Energy for execution, you're wired for the day-to-day, not the 30,000-foot view
