Project Manager

Roc is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple customer-facing IT projects. You'll manage a varied portfolio including infrastructure refreshes, data centre migrations, cloud transformation, and cyber security programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to handover and acceptance.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and customer expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Manage project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Administer NEC contracts, change control, and commercial risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple projects.
• Maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice.

About You:

You'll have:

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and/or cyber security technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or equivalent).

Desirable:

• Experience within government, higher education, or regulated sectors.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Project Management.

Additional Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and Roc offices as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
