We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial interior build-outs and tenant improvement (TI) projects within a general contractor environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial interior build-outs and TI projects from estimating through closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, aligned with tenant occupancy deadlines
- Build and track project budgets, identifying cost variances early
- Manage subcontractors across trades, ensuring quality, sequencing, and accountability
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate field execution
- Interface directly with clients, landlords, and stakeholders
- Coordinate permitting, inspections, and closeout documentation
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field challenges
- Support estimating efforts (takeoffs, pricing, scope development)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (TI/build-outs required)
- Experience in a general contractor or subcontractor environment with full project ownership
- Strong background in office or light industrial renovations (ground-up only experience will not be sufficient)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scopes
- Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
- Experience with construction management and scheduling tools
- Strong subcontractor management and field coordination experience
- Hands-on execution mindset (not just coordination/support roles)
