Role Objective:

• Deliver full-lifecycle HV and substation projects from planning through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients (TNB), consultants, and authorities.

• Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and ensure safety compliance.

• Lead site meetings and manage subcontractor performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 5–10 years of experience in HV systems (33kV to 275kV+) and TNB projects.

• Strong knowledge of substation design (AIS/GIS) and protection systems.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

About You:

• Currently an Engineer or Senior Engineer with a proven track record in the power sector.

• Experience working with major main contractors or leading design consultancies.

• Deep expertise in managing complex projects such as HV & TNB Substations, transmission lines, or grid interconnection schemes.

• Decisive leader capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.

• Technically proficient in power system studies and TNB standards.
