About Keboola

Keboola raised $32M (Central Europe’s largest Series A in 2023) to redefine how companies work with data. Our platform delivers 10x results for customers. Our mission is simple: empower every organization to use data effectively. We’re a global team of innovators who believe collaboration, trust, and experimentation drive success.

The Role

We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Financial Intelligence (FI) projects - taking signed engagements from kickoff through to production, professionally, predictably, and with the client side managed end to end.

FI implementations are data projects with a finance shape: multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, financial reporting, FP&A, planning and forecasting - built as data pipelines and analytics on the Keboola platform, sourced from clients' ERP and finance systems. This is not infrastructure or platform-migration work. The closest experience is delivering data, analytics, or BI/DWH projects against real, messy source systems and demanding business stakeholders.

You'll work with clients, internal delivery teams, and technology partners to scope, plan, and ship these solutions - and to keep finance stakeholders, IT/ERP owners, and procurement aligned the whole way through. The right person is self-directed, comfortable owning ambiguity, and has the drive to get things across the line.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of FI implementations - from signed POC/SOW through to production - across consolidation, multi-entity / multi-currency reporting, FP&A, planning, and forecasting use cases.

  • Run the client relationship through delivery. Manage finance stakeholders (CFOs, controllers, FP&A leads), IT and ERP system owners, and procurement. Own the status/steering cadence, keep scope honest, and protect the timeline through procurement and approval gates.

  • Orchestrate the internal delivery pod - solution/data engineers, financial analytics consultants, AE, CSM, product - into a clear plan with explicit ownership and no gaps.

  • Build and maintain end-to-end delivery plans. Manage scope, risk, dependencies, and budget. Surface source-system readiness risks early (e.g. ERP connector availability) before they become timeline problems.

  • Translate between finance and data. Turn a controller's consolidation logic into a scoped data deliverable, and explain pipeline and data realities back to the business in their language.

  • Drive predictability and delivery quality - clear milestones, honest status, no surprises at the gate.

  • What you bring

  • 5+ years delivering data or analytics implementation projects - data platform, data warehouse / BI, data integration / ELT, or analytics delivery - ideally in a SaaS, consulting, or professional-services setting. You've shipped data projects with real source systems and business stakeholders, not infrastructure migrations.

  • Strong client-facing delivery. Managing senior stakeholders, multiple concurrent projects, and scope/timeline discipline in a fast-moving environment.

  • Financial literacy. Comfortable with core financial concepts - consolidation, P&L and balance sheet, FP&A, multi-entity and multi-currency - and able to hold a credible conversation with a CFO or controller. You don't need to be an accountant; you need to understand what finance is asking for and scope it correctly.

  • Comfort around data and technical teams. Enough fluency in data concepts (sources, modeling, transformation, SQL-level thinking) to plan credibly with engineers and pressure-test estimates.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills - you can interpret business needs and translate them into delivery scope and requirements, and you set clear goals for meetings and projects.

  • Fluent English; fluent Czech strongly preferred - much of the FI go-to-market is CZ-based.

  • Self-directed, outcome-driven, and able to bring order to ambiguity.

  • Nice to have

  • Background in finance or accounting, or experience delivering finance-systems projects - ERP implementations, or EPM/CPM tools (Lucanet, OneStream, Anaplan, Board).

  • Familiarity with ERP source systems: NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, and Czech-market ERPs (Helios, Pohoda, Money, K2).

  • Experience with POC-to-production commercial structures and procurement-gated delivery.

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern data tooling (SQL, dbt-style transformations, BI tools).

  • Delivery-framework fluency - you know when to run iteratively and when to run to a gate. (Formal Agile/Scrum or PMP certification is welcome but not required.)

  • You can look forward to the following benefits

  • Competitive salary + equity package.
  • Budget for education.
  • 25 PTO's plus 3 sick days.
  • Cool new offices in the heart of Holesovice in Prague.
  • Keboola’s Core Values
