Project Manager (Infra)

• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into network/application infrastructure designs and services that meet intended availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity needs.
• Forecast and manage budgets to support project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
• Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project planning, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
• Prepare project documentation including design specifications, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, recommending enhancements, and streamlining processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure
