Position Description:
Wade Trim's team of 20+ marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Develop proposals and qualifications packages in conjunction with Project Managers for clients and prospective clients in all market segments.
  • Provide writing and editing support to Project Managers in the development of proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with other Proposal Coordinators and marketing staff.
  • Work with Graphic Designer to develop effective graphics for proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subconsultants and primes.
  • Conduct research to support proposal development.
  • Assist with presentations for shortlisted proposals.
  • Maintain master proposal information.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.

    • Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications or Marketing

    • Skills/Experience:

  • 0+ years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously, work is undertaken in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with all individuals at all levels.
  • Strong writing skills as well as excellent creative skills to enhance the graphic presentation of materials.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, multi-functional printer including color copier and RIP Unit, and binding equipment desired.
