Effective communicationand attention to detail are the key success factors for this role. You will act as liaison between the Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Office, and Field Data Specialists, working on multiple projects simultaneously andsupporting other team members. Most of your time will be spent:
- Reviewing projects (commercial property maps and information) for accuracy of work.
- Submit projects to the final review team.
- Meeting project deadlines and production expectations.
- Timely responding to questions and requestsfromallparties,including Field Data Specialists, the Quality Assurance Manager, Final Review, and RegionalManagers.
- Politely and professionallyrequestinginformation and providing insight to field team members.

A “day in the life” will consist mainly of the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicating with team members and attending meetings on time, as needed, to preserve organizational alignment and strategy.
- Using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and other methods to track project progress.
- Regularlyreporting onprogress, performance, and project issues.
- Actively participating in coaching, training, and the on-boarding of new hires.
- Completing and submitting HR paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

- A plus if you have experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints.
