What you'll be doing

  1. Lead and motivate a team of quality analysts to maintain high standards of service and process efficiency
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  3. Identify training needs and implement development programmes to upskill the team
  4. Monitor key quality metrics and implement corrective actions to address any performance issues
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements
  6. Provide detailed reporting and analysis to key stakeholders
  7. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the team

Requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide effective feedback
  5. Familiarity with quality management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
  6. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
