Quality Assurance Analyst

Role: Quality Assurance Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

·Responsible to adopt and execute the QA strategy, rules and policies

·Responsible to perform analysis of business requirements and system specifications

·Work directly with cross-functional business analyst team to understand the business requirements

·Support QA plans, process control and procedures to ensure product/solution meet the specified quality and standards.

·Create and execute test plans and test cases/scripts based on business requirements captured in functional design documents and validating test results

·Responsible to perform software testing, documents results and follows-up with developers on bug fixes before business testing

·Coordinate and support Functional User Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

·Log, track, verify and compile testing results

·Assists with application troubleshooting and support defect identification.

·Document all phases of system QA process including capturing testing issues/defects and resolution of software defects.

·Communicate on testing progress, results and risks with business testers and IT developers

·Support QA lead in conducting trainings to business team on best practices, aim to make business responsible for managing their own quality standards.
