Job Purpose

Coordinate inspection and testing activities.
Manage deviations and non-conformities.
Provide technical support to operations.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Main responsibilities
Prepare and manage Inspection Plans.
Coordinate and supervise inspection and testing teams (NDT, DT and load testing).
Monitor manufacturing processes and identify deviations.
Manage internal and supplier non-conformities.
Provide technical support on the shop floor regarding quality-related issues.
Coordinate and manage customer inspections.
Define, design and manage inspection and testing fixtures and tooling.
Manage the calibration of equipment and measuring instruments.
Participate in product and process improvement projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
Experience in industrial environments, preferably within the metalworking or mechanical industry.
Knowledge of metrology, NDT/DT testing and engineering drawing interpretation.
Experience working with SAP.
Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
Advanced level of English.
Strong organizational, planning and decision-making skills.
