Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QC teams to carry out relevant inspection activities.

  • Responsible for formulating inspection specifications, inspection standards, and various quality documents for the Quality Inspection Department.

  • Handle and analyze quality abnormalities.

  • Conduct reliability tests on products.

  • Improve quality inspection methods.

  • Confirm and verify quality standards.

Responsibilities and Work Assignments:

  1. Formulation and Implementation of Inspection Standards
  • Responsible for formulating inspection standards, inspection forms, work instructions, and QC engineering drawings for the quality inspection department.

  • Strictly implement approved inspection standards and revise them in a timely manner according to the company's actual development.

  1. Document Verification and Management
  • Verify all inspection documents of the Quality Department to ensure their applicability.

  • Regularly clean up stored expired quality files and apply for scrapping of expired files.

  1. Customer Complaint Handling
  • Analyze the reasons for customer complaints and organize/lead relevant departments in customer complaint review meetings.

  • Formulate improvement measures for customer complaints, verify the effectiveness of these measures, and reply to 8D reports.

  • Communicate and coordinate with customers in a timely manner to understand the reasons and situations of complaints.

  • Statistically analyze customer complaint cases and regularly organize review meetings.

  1. Reliability Testing and Quality System Development
  • Conduct reliability tests on newly imported products and record test data and results.

  • Distribute approved reliability test data to customers as needed.

  • Participate in formulating the company's quality guidelines and goals; establish a sound quality control system.

  • Coordinate with internal and external departments to actively organize and implement various quality systems.

  1. Equipment Calibration and Management
  • Regularly carry out internal and external calibration of expired instruments and equipment to ensure normal operation.

  • Manage the ledger of company instruments and equipment, and apply for scrapping of old or unrepairable instruments.

Authority:

  • Has the final right to interpret all inspection documents and standards of the Quality Inspection Department.

  • Has the right to improve and optimize inspection methods of the Quality Inspection Department.

  • In the absence of the head of the quality inspection section, has the final right to judge all adverse phenomena.

  • Has the right to request cooperation from production and other departments in handling product abnormalities.

  • In the absence of the head of the quality inspection section, has the right to supervise and guide all quality-related actions of the department.

Appointment Qualifications:

Educational Level:

  • College degree or above

Profession:

  • Mechatronics integration

Work Experience:

  • More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Familiarity with APQP, SWOT, PDCA, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, 5W2H, etc.

Appraisal Indicators:

  • Timely rate of inspection is ≥95%

  • Pass rate of the first handover inspection of the product is ≥85%

  • Quality inspectors have been issued less than 5 non-conformity items by security personnel on the spot

  • Quality inspectors participate in company safety training, and new employees complete third-level safety education

  • Personnel of the Quality Inspection Section have not violated laws and regulations
