Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

• Oversee supply chain operations and quality assurance processes

• Act as the primary contact for client-reported issues; assess situations and coordinate appropriate solutions

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with both clients and internal teams

• Monitor operational performance and initiate improvements when necessary

• Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams to meet client-specific requirements

• Support project management tasks related to customer engagement and service delivery

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, supply chain, or subcontractor management

• Background in hardware/ mechanical engineering or development

• Project management experience, especially in client-facing or cross-functional roles

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments

• Korean English Bilingual
