The Role

As a Mobile Plant Operator, you’ll be right at the heart of our quarry operations. You’ll operate machinery such as articulated dump trucks and excavators, helping extract and move slate block to our on-site manufacturing facilities. It’s a hands-on role that suits someone who loves being outdoors, isn’t afraid of hard work, and enjoys a laugh along the way.

You’re a great fit if you:

✔ Have a full UK driving licence (you’ll need your own transport due to our remote location)
✔ Have an interest in construction materials and operating heavy plant machinery
✔ Are reliable, down-to-earth, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
✔ Don’t mind getting a bit muddy now and again!

Have previous experience in quarrying or plant operation? It's a plus, but not essential – we’ll train you!

· Future: Flexibility for shift work may be required
