The Assembly Lead Technician will provide guidance, instruction, direction, coordination and leadership to assembly technicians for the purpose of achieving departmental goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow visual and written instructions provided.
  • Conduct basic math calculations.
  • Perform visual quality inspections.
  • Train and guide new and existing team members.
  • Record any non-conformances and follow through with potential resolutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Achieve departmental work goals.
  • Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Work well with others and demonstrate a great work ethic.
  • Can work and train in all subsequent Assembly Work Centers.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required.
