R&D Research Specialist

The position was primarily established to support Asso’s R&D Team. The R&D Research Specialist position focuses on scientific investigation, data collection, and the optimization of methodologies to support the development of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Database Registration:

• Recording systems in a structured database, including the creation of a comprehensive dataset of all competitor excavation systems as well as systems relevant to our field of work.

Data Analysis:

• Interpreting experimental results and applying statistical methods to support decision‑making.

Technical Documentation:

• Preparing technical reports and maintaining detailed records of experimental procedures and outcomes.

Trend Research:

• Conducting continuous review of relevant scientific publications and research findings, as well as monitoring emerging raw materials and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industrial or technical environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of data analysis methods, statistical techniques, and industrial standards/regulations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very good command of the English language.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments.
