The Recreation Center Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for guests and owners. This role supports daily operations by providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Check in owners and guests
- Schedule reservations for tennis courts, swim lessons, and other activities
- Rent equipment and process payments
- Answer guest questions and provide information about amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable handling transactions and reservations
Schedule & Pay
- Seasonal, full-time or part-time, non-exempt position
- Onsite role
- Pay starting at $17/hour
